What is Audit Trail?

Ans - Audit Trail helps you to track setup changes made by administrators.
Audit Trails shows the information on changes in your salesforce in the last 6 months and also it includes -

a. Date and time the changes were made.


b. Last User who made any changes


c. What changes have they made


How do you create an audit trail?


        1. Go to Setup


        2. Go to Quick Find Box and enter Setup Audit Trails


        3. Select View Setup Audit Trails 





        4. Now we can see the last 20 entries on the page


        5. You can also download the Setup Audit Trail





        6. Downloaded File displays Fields - 

                        a. Date & Time 

                        b. User 

                        c. Source Namespace Prefix

                        d. Action

                        e. Section
