The report is a list of records and reports that follow certain criteria which are defined by you. and these records is displayed in row and columns.

How to Create Reports in Salesforce?
1. Go to Setup
2. At the navigation bar click on Reports
3. Select a report type
4. Click on Start report
5. Filter your data
6. Click the outline pane to show columns
7. Group your data
8. Click on the Save & Run
What is Dashboard in Salesforce?
In Dashboard Records are displayed in Visual. In Simple words, Dashboard is the Graphical Representation of a Report.

1. Go to setup
2. At the navigation bar click on Dashboard
3. Click on New Dashboard
4. Name your Dashboard
5. Click Create
6. Click +component
7. Select a component as per your need.
