How to Create Free Developer Account in Salesforce - 

1. Open http://developer.salesforce.com

2. Click Sign Up

3. After that Fill in all details

4. An email will be sent to your email address

5. Click on the link provided in the email

6. Set the password to the account

7. Go to http://login.salesforce.com

8. Enter username and password

9. Click on Login
